GEP's property portfolio comprises of €3.1 billion of logistics assets, as at 30 September 2018.

The portfolio offers attractive scale, quality and diversity with the following key attributes (as at 30 September 2018):

  • Portfolio of 112 modern and prime logistics assets
  • Well diversified Pan-European logistics portfolio across 10 countries
  • Portfolio weighted to core markets of Germany, France, Poland, Belgium and the Netherlands (89.2%)
  • Portfolio has limited exposure to Southern Europe (1.6%), and no exposure to Portugal or Greece
  • More than 100 different customers with only three customers accounting for more than 5% of rental income
  • Stabilised portfolio’s occupancy rate of 96.7%
  • Stabilised portfolio’s weighted average lease expiry (to first break) of 4.8 years (by income)
  • Minimal exposure to enhanced return assets (land and on-balance sheet development activities)
